I'm Aditya. I run PapersAdda single-handed - sourcing, writing, fact-checking, and shipping every article you read here. The site started in 2017 when I was a final-year B.Tech student at a tier-3 college in Delhi, sitting for TCS NQT, Infosys SP/DSE, and Wipro Elite drives. The prep material that floated around in the WhatsApp groups was either a 2014 PDF or a ₹499 Telegram channel. I figured I'd clean up my own notes and make them public. That repo is now PapersAdda.

What I write about

• Real placement experiences. Source-anchored breakdowns of actual interview loops - Amazon SDE-1/SDE-2, Microsoft Explore, Tech Mahindra onboarding queues, Accenture Gen AI track. Each article cites the candidate (LinkedIn / r/devIndia / verified offer screenshot) that grounded it.
• Aptitude and CS fundamentals. Worked solutions to the question types that actually repeat across TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini drives. Time-and-work, profit-and-loss, blood relations, data interpretation - formula sheets and shortcut chains.
• Salary and offer reality. CTC vs in-hand, signing bonus recovery clauses, joining-bond tradeoffs. Numbers come from candidate-shared offer letters or public filings, not coaching-bro guesses.
• Sarkari and PSU prep. ONGC, BEL, BARC, ISRO, banking exams (SBI PO, IBPS), Railway RRB - exam patterns and cutoff trends.

How I verify content

Every article that names a candidate, a salary number, or a cutoff cites a primary source - LinkedIn post, Reddit thread, official company career page, or a verified candidate report from the "Share Your Story" programme. If two sources disagree, both ranges go in and uncertainty is flagged. Articles without a verifiable source don't ship.

We use AI-assisted drafting for first-pass research scaffolds and FAQ expansion. Every article is then reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by me before it goes live. AI is a tool for speed, not a substitute for judgment. Full details in the editorial policy.
