1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PapersAdda (papersadda.com), an independent placement-prep and government-exam reference operated from Delhi NCR, India. By accessing the site you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Editorial purpose, not professional advice

PapersAdda publishes archived placement papers, recruiter pattern notes, sample interview questions, sarkari-exam syllabi, and editorial commentary aimed at Indian engineering and graduate students preparing for campus recruitment and government examinations. Everything on the site is editorial reference material. It is not legal advice, employment counselling, financial advice, or an official communication from any company, university, or government body referenced.

Hiring patterns, eligibility criteria, package figures, exam syllabi, and selection processes change frequently. Always cross-check the official career page, exam-conducting authority website, or notification PDF before making decisions about applications, fees, travel, or paperwork. We make no guarantee that any company will conduct a placement drive on the terms documented here, or that any government exam pattern will remain unchanged in a future cycle.

3. Accuracy and editorial gate

Briefs published on PapersAdda go through a 400-word minimum quality gate and are dated. We update articles when readers point out factual errors. Despite that, we cannot promise zero errors across an archive of 800-plus pages. If you spot a factual mistake, an outdated package figure, or a syllabus item that has since changed, please write to editorial@papersadda.com with the page URL and the correction. We answer.

Articles are dated with the year/month of publication or last revision. Treat older briefs accordingly.

4. Intellectual property and fair-use position

Original written commentary, formatting, structure, and curation on PapersAdda are copyright of the site. Company names, logos, exam-board names, and product trademarks referenced in articles remain the property of their respective owners and are used here under fair-use principles for commentary, criticism, news reporting, and educational reference, consistent with Section 52 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

Sample placement papers and previous-year question patterns reproduced on PapersAdda were either (a) submitted by alumni and verified candidates, (b) adapted from publicly circulated coaching-institute material, or (c) reconstructed from published placement-drive recaps. Where a specific question is identical to a copyrighted bank, attribution is provided on the article page. We do not knowingly host material that infringes a registered question bank or the copyright of any examination-conducting authority. If you believe a specific page does, please follow the DMCA / takedown process below.

You may quote short excerpts (a paragraph or two) from PapersAdda with a clear attribution and a link back to the source URL. Wholesale republishing of full articles, automated scraping of the archive, translation in full to other languages, or repackaging into a paid product requires written permission. 5. User-submitted stories and content

Some pages of the site invite readers to share their own placement experiences, salary offers, or interview recaps via the share-your-story flow or via email. By submitting content you confirm that:

• The content is your own first-hand experience, not lifted from a third party without permission;
• You grant PapersAdda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for clarity, and archive your submission;
• You agree we may anonymise or de-identify the post if you ask, but we may also leave it unattributed by default to protect your privacy;
• You are not bound by an NDA that prohibits the disclosure you are making.

We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove any submission for any reason, including but not limited to factual accuracy, defamation risk, or simple editorial fit.

6. DMCA / copyright takedown notices

If you are the rights holder for a piece of content published on PapersAdda and you believe its publication here infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to editorial@papersadda.com including:

• A description of the copyrighted work or question bank involved;
• The full URL of the allegedly infringing page on papersadda.com;
• Your contact information (name, organisation, email, phone);
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.

We respond to valid notices within five business days and remove or restrict access to the disputed content while we investigate. A dedicated DMCA process and counter-notice procedure is also documented at /dmca.

7. Third-party links and references

Articles routinely link out to company career pages, examination notification PDFs, news coverage of placement seasons, and coaching-institute material. PapersAdda has no control over the content, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Once you click out, that destination's own terms and privacy policy apply.

8. Advertising and Google AdSense

PapersAdda may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other ad networks. These ads help us keep the archive open and free of login walls or paywalls. Ad networks may use cookies and pixels to serve relevant ads; full disclosure on what is collected and how to opt out is in our Privacy Policy.

Editorial coverage on PapersAdda is independent of advertising. We do not accept paid placements presented as editorial, and advertisers do not influence which companies, exams, or briefs we publish.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PapersAdda to:

• Run automated scrapers, mirror crawlers, or denial-of-service attacks against the site or its CDN;
• Impersonate another candidate, recruiter, or institution in any submission, comment, or email to the editorial inbox;
• Submit content that is defamatory, fraudulent, malicious, or designed to deceive other readers about a real placement drive or recruiter;
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses, networks, or accounts engaged in any of the above without prior notice.

10. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that any specific information will remain available, or that the site will meet your particular preparation needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PapersAdda, its operator, and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or your reliance on any information published here, including but not limited to missed application deadlines, declined offers, exam-day surprises, or career outcomes.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and contact
