HCL TechBee Registration 2026: Form Link, Eligibility & Fee

Where to Register

Use the official HCL TechBee programme page and its live application route for a current cycle. TechBee has one official application form. Everything else, including forms on coaching sites and links forwarded in groups, is a copy at best.

The same registration site also has a login box (email and password, or login via OTP) for applicants who have already registered. Use that to return to your application instead of filling the form again.

Who Can Register

The minimum Class 12 marks depend on your board.

The other conditions printed on the official pages:

• Passing year: you must be an Indian resident who passed the Class 12 board exams in 2025 or 2026. The form's year dropdown shows more years than that, but the written instruction limits eligibility to these two.
• Mathematics: Mathematics or Business Mathematics is mandatory, with at least 60% marks, for IT roles only.
• Improvement exams: if you have two Class 12 mark sheets (original and improvement), the latest marks in all subjects are used.
• JEE Main route: 80 percentile or above in JEE Main (2025 or 2026) exempts you from HCL CAT. The board cut-off and 60 marks in Maths still apply.

A CBSE student with 68% is below the bar. A Maharashtra board student with 62% and 60 in Maths clears it for IT roles. For the documents to keep ready, see the HCL TechBee eligibility checklist.

What the Form Asks For

Keep these ready before you open the form, so you fill it once and correctly:

1. Your Class 12 board, picked from the form's board list.
2. Your Class 12 passing year.
3. Your Class 12 marks percentage, exactly as on your mark sheet. The form accepts up to 2 decimal places and rejects anything above 100.
4. Whether you have Mathematics or Business Mathematics.
5. Whether you appeared for JEE Main, and if yes, your marks and year.
6. How you heard about TechBee.
7. A captcha and the privacy-notice consent.

The form also asks for your contact details. Use an email ID and phone number you will keep for the whole year, because the official instructions say HCLTech may cancel a candidature if duplicate registrations with different email IDs or phone numbers are found at any stage. If you cannot complete the form, the page asks you to contact the TechBee team for support rather than starting a second registration.

The Fee

Registering and joining are different things. The form page shows no fee, but the program you are registering for is paid.

Source: official Job Program page, checked 28 September 2026. Fees were lower earlier in 2026 (INR 1.40 lakh and Rs 51,000), and the page states starting salary two different ways, so confirm both in your own offer letter. The page also lists a stipend of Rs 10,000 per month during the internship phase and says TechBee's services are GST-exempt as an approved NSDC training partner.

What Happens After You Register

The official pages list four selection steps:

1. Registration on the official form.
2. HCL CAT: a basic career aptitude test of quantitative and logical reasoning.
3. HR interview and essay grading: a face-to-face interaction with the HCLTech selection committee.
4. Versant: a test of language skills, including spoken English.

HCLTech does not publish HCL CAT's question count, duration or cut-off on the pages we checked, so treat any exact pattern you see elsewhere as candidate-reported. Prepare with the HCL TechBee placement papers, and practise spoken English separately because Versant is its own step.
